"Plamen just left & he was such a pleasure! He was very well informed, took the time to explain what he was doing, was patient in answering all of my questions & helped me make an accurate decision about duct cleaning that I inquiried about. He explain that his boss does not believe in ripping people off, so he advised me that duct cleanings were not necessary; that the filter should be able to take care of any residuals that exist in my ductwork. He even took time to draw out a diagram for me, showing how air circulates through my house, from the equipment, to the duct work, to the filter. I am a single mom, who gets paid once each month. Plamen could've made the choice to rip me off, but he didn't because he's a man of personal integrity. Thank you so much Robinson's, for allowing my 3-year old & I to feel comfortable about everything & even for being willing to come out the same day that I called for service!
